Oft-injured former All-Star Mark Prior has agreed to a minor league deal with the Texas Rangers. The team says Prior will sign the contract Saturday and report to Triple-A Oklahoma City. Prior will turn 30 on Tuesday and hasn't pitched in a big league game since 2006.
