Prior signs minor-league deal

The Rangers have signed SP Mark Prior to a minor-league contract. The team said Prior will sign the contract Saturday and report to Triple-A Oklahoma City. Prior will turn 30 on Tuesday and hasn't pitched in a big league game since 2006.
